Considering that tomorrow is #nationalwineday we thought we’d share the incredible story of our very own wine tasting restaurant.

WINE LAB is a locally owned “laboratory” where guests can come to learn and enjoy great wines that you can’t find just anywhere.

This quaint and inviting spot has 70 wines by the glass and the most Instagrammable tasting flights around (yes, the flights are test tubes like in a real lab🥼🧪)!

They offer more than just tastings at Wine Lab! Spend some time chatting with the in-house sommeliers about any of the 400 bottles available in their retail section - things you won’t find almost anywhere else. Or stay awhile and enjoy a beautiful selection of tapas, cheese platters, or flatbreads with any of their wine flights!

Meet the owner!
So, we are pleased to introduce you to the owner and head sommelier at Wine Lab, Edwinn Ferrer!

Edwinn is a California local as he was born and raised in Riverside.
He purchased the Wine Lab from the original owner in November of 2019 (just a few months before the pandemic hit). He had been the GM for Wine Lab for several years before taking over the business as his own.

He was inspired to purchase Wine Lab from the previous owner after seeing what a fantastic job they did building the place up for nearly a decade. “Wine is one of the very few things I know, so it’s quite the privilege to see your work promote good vibes and energy on a daily basis.”

His favorite part about being the owner of Wine Lab is being able to provide a place where people can catch up, have a date, or simply cut loose and relax. “Wine is great and all, but we can’t forget it’s really there so we can enjoy ourselves and each other’s company!” Especially since The CAMP has such a diverse audience. He says you can always expect to find a different person, opinion, and story with every conversation you have.

EXPECT UNIQUE SELECTIONS & TASTINGS
“Find your taste” has been, and will certainly always be, the bar’s mantra. The wine world with both dizzying and extensive, but the team at Wine Lab is always working to highlight as much of it as they can. They do this through changing their wine by the glass menu, their diverse retail selection, and their tirelessly curated wine club offerings! The goal is that with every visit you not only understand more about the wine world but about your own tastes as well!
